His attorney wasn't great. The case wasn't great either.....I can't say whether the gun was real or not, but that seemed like a weak defense. A prop gun lol
But, weak witness, not a great case, juries often still end up convicting. I don't even think Rihanna or any of that made a difference.
It just wasn't a good case., doesn't mean he wasn't guilty. I can't call it whether he actually rolled around with a prop gun, that's the pussiest shyt I have ever heard. I think it was probably a real gun. But a lot more defendants don't and can't take the chance of losing at trial.
I know like real life homicide trials where the shooter beat it, just because of things like that.
