im glad this fakkit's career is coming to a close

this might actually work to his favor .. provided he has bangers ...

now its a different climate .. if ppl wanna download ur shyt .. no matter when it leaks they will. maybe with his shyt being out for a month .. ppl will gravitate to some of his "bangers" and then go buy it when its released.

Leaks dont do much to record sales now .. cuz previously when leaks were hard to find unless u were a blog nerd .. if your a casual hip hop fan and want to download someone album you will. if you want to support you will.

thats why weekend sold 89 K albums first week of mixtapes he put out for free throughout a year

The Coli's 420th member
because all major label stuff gets leaked the Weds or Thurs the week before these days, a month is going to kill his sales. or impact them greatly

It is strange because I haven't seen an album get ripped this year in a year or two.

His fanbase grew via the Internet, shyt is going to get bootlegged/downloaded tough.

Mostly re-worked on the same tracks and just added a few new ones. I dont even think he has to do that with this.

Why would anyone buy this album then if its on the net for free for a month? :heh:

Hipster cacs bootleg albums as much as nikkas do

True but why do a lot of people go out and buy an album that's already leaked no matter how long or recent it was?

I just think in this era of low sales and weird numbers, the younger rappers who build a crossover base from the mixtape days end up getting supporters who go out and buy the album regardless. He'll probably moves some stuff around but for the most part I think it'll mostly have the same core and I think he'll do fine.

Look at dramatic album sale drop offs from week 1 to 2, and that's factoring the album leaked the Wednesday or Thursday before

Majority of an album sales happening week 1 unless they a big name, one month on the net gonna rape those sales breh. He not going to be getting pity buys in a month
