The Land of fukkery
aight...after ONE spin i am inclined to place this album in last place with the other ASAP Rocky albums...(strictly my opinion)

with that said...i do not think this is a horrible album...in fact it def feels like one of those albums given multiple spins it will grow on u as oppose to listening to it once and movin on...

1) Distorted Records = perfectly titled for the song that it is....dope song

2) A$AP Forever = loved this first time i seen the vid...great song to set off as a first single for the album

3) Tony Tone = fukkin love this track....all the Harlem love just sealed it for me...dope

4) fukk Sleep = good song...if you've listened to Rocky's catalog he is always testin the waters with music

5) Praise The Lord = dope track....given more than one spin and it grows on you

6) CALLDROP = i'm not even hearin this as a song...sounds more like a interesting interlude...

7) Buck Shots = not a good song imo....could have been left off the album

8) Gunz N Butter = this shyt bangs...dope

9) Brotha Man = another pass on this one...could have been left off the album

10) OG Beeper = wack....SHOULD have been left off the album

11) Kid$ Turned Out Fine = this is one of the tracks that i believe given a few spins can grow on u...Rocky was exploring again...nothing wrong with that

12) Hun43rd = banger....dope song

13) Changing = another classic Rocky exploring his musical range...the beat switch is where it gets interesting but we've heard this from Rocky before

14) Black Tux = ok track....def worthy of another spin

15) Purity = track felt like a filler....but again it seems like given multiple spins it can grow on you

overall i rate this album a 3.5/5.....ASAP Rocky didn't let me down but this could have been better and I feel the internet is goin in negatively on this album way too soon
personally i'm goin to leave this in the rotation for a while....with maybe only 4 skippable songs out of 15.....:sas1:

the event/party he had for this last night was eh...interesting.
as far as the album. not to quote myself but...

Rocky with no Yams behind it...this is about to a grandiose over indulgent mess...a classic one though.

this is about to be Oasis - Be Here Now status...songs too long, random noises added in taking away from the good parts of the songs.
or...just or...it'll be completely stripped back, too short and sound nice but just feel a bit empty...like Rocky himself.

its a mix of exactly what i thought it would be and..........i love it.

Cudi humming (pause), Twigs and Dev Hynes wailing

:blessed:

Kodak bit should have been scrapped.
oh and thank the lord those T.I. and Snoop features were only small speaking parts.

he's hurt Chanel Iman got married and has a kid on the way with son from the Giants.

It's not bad but it's definitely abstract in a way I feel like heads should have expected Rocky to come with it but for some reason didn't; idk if it's because he and his crew are New York nikkas, but a lot of people don't respect his creative process and are so tuned into to one frequency of rap that they can't really appreciate something that pushes boundaries

At the same time this definitely isn't some groundbreaking drop, I see where he's tryna take it though

Besides the rating on Purity this is my exact same feeling on the album.

@SirBiatch What do you think of the album?

trash. His worst project by far.

I'm really beginning to believe that Live.Love.ASAP was Yams life and vibe just channeled through Rocky.

the event/party he had for this last night was eh...interesting.
