I guess but the real reason is not having to worry about specs, drivers, compatibility, chip issues, or pay for $1500 cards to play games that are on consoles. Everything else is just "other".

Because of different features and availability…you can play any WWE/WWF game, before they dropped CFB 25 you could get the old NCAAs without paying loads of money, the old spider man games, the old Maddens, 2Ks, even shyt that isn’t listed anymore like MUA, Deadpool, The Punisher etc. That’s without mentioning mods.

Bruh I’ve been trying to run Madden 12 on RPCS3 ps3 emulator and that shyt still don’t run correctly. Running anything above the PS2 emulator like PS3 - PS4 sports games you can’t even run a lot of those on PC.

Madden 12 runs flawlessly for me on RPCS3.

IDK I'd rather play Baseball Stars, NFL Blitz, NBA Street before most modern sports games.

But 2k13 doesn't have all that online/badge bullshyt and I can just play the season

Especially 2K sports games, took years for them to finally give PC next gen NBA, still didn't give them the same Neighborhood. I really don't get it.

The one positive I will give is if you are an offline player, the mods for Sports games can be good.

Madden and 2K are the same on PC but with better graphics and frame rate, plus mods. This year's 2K switched to the next gen engine.
