Billion dollars to never leave NY STATE isn't that bad of a deal IMO. If you are stuck in the five boroughs even as a billionare that would suck.


Keep in mind Buffalo and NYC is like a seven hour drive apart. If I could have a condo Downtown BK or Manthattan AND a lakefront home upstate somewhere I'd be happy
