In South Africa, The white men who attacked the black kids have been arrested and charged with assault and attempted murder.

In America, The white man who shot and killed a 13 year old black kid in the back was released from jail and all charges dropped.

Supposedly the DA didn't want to bring the case to a grand jury without the autopsy report because they think it might jeopardize the case without one according to the mother. They can file charges when that comes back.

Plus a federal investigation will most likely happen just like we saw in the Ahmad Aubrey case.


Bascially this case is not over yet.

The case will likely be pursued when the autopsy report comes back.
