She singled out all the blacks students because maybe she only cares about them succeeding.

To represent only 6% they should strive the have the highest collective GPA. Those students will graduate at a disadvantage BECAUSE THEY ARE BLACK.

Can someone whos good at math verify this? Although i refuse to believe the black students could be horrible enough to bring the score down that much. Seems like they would all have to be absolutely failing with D's and F's to have that kind of effect.


Also hard to believe this principle was dumb enough to blame these students without having some data to back it up. I personally would like to hear the spirit of the meeting she was having.


If i was a principle i would definitely hold special meetings with black students if i saw a problem as a collective. In the heart of white supremacy black youth are at greater risk and have to be better than our counterparts. If this was done in a stern,loving,positive,uplifting manner like Joe Clark in Lean On Me i dont see the issue. In fact I stand with her

Even if some of the black students were the worst offenders academically, it sounds like her meeting wasnt done in the right way at all. She couldve told the black students doing well to help their black peers and be their brothers keeper. But bringing them all in and giving them the same speech about being failures was wrong (if thats how it happened)

The less extreme the difference in grades the less movement. I wanted to show you the weight at the absolute extreme. This is the most weight 6% will ever have, it isn't much at all.

I have no doubt she will be better to those black kids than the black lady.
