why do people keep saying this? Roots albums ARE black thought solo albums. Dice Raw and Malik B aren't on the albums anymore. And they weren't spitting that many verses anyway.

tbh i consider Roots albums BT albums for the most part too, but his naysayers are always gonna hold the "no solos" argument against him like they do with Andre 3k so to have one out there thats definitively BT will finally put that to bed if its dope, which it should be.

Plus I'm interested to hear the creative direction that BT takes when he's working outside of the Roots camp since Questlove probably has an equal say in the direction that Roots albums go in, if not more so.
