Which is more beneficial and which one would you choose if you had to make a choice.

On one hand you open a business, that caters exclusively to black people, lets say 85% of your customer base.
Yet you have employees from every race, and only around 20% of your employees are black.

On that other hand you have a business where blacks make up less than 10% of your customer base, yet 95% of your employees are black.

Which one would you say is more beneficial to the community.

Great question honestly

Do we want to help each other with jobs...Or do we want to give each other goods :patrice:

TBH I would rather hire black employees :manny:. I think that is more helpful. You can give young people jobs and help them build their resume, teach them about race politics since you are directly influencing them, show them that with hard work they can build their own company.

I wouldn't want to open a business and be around a bunch of people all day that I don't identify with :huhldup:

Taking the white, Asian, Mexican, Arabic dollar and giving it to hard working black kids instead of taking black money and recycling it to the other races. :obama:

Black customers and non black staff because I can weed out the non black people one by one when they fukk up.

It's hard to get back a lost customer

Yea but your business is successful and booming, all those non black employees are gonna take the money you give them and use it on their families and to their benefit and probably buy an apartment complex in the innercity and only rent it out to mexicans.

Employees change. Customer loyalty is paramount

That's what cacs do. Hire some hard working non whites then when business is on autopilot have them train their cac nephew and then fire or demote the non white
True but I don't think this scenario allows for that. Idk though.

A smart businessman is going to go with who helps the business bring in the most money.

If having a cac in the window helps so be it.
