i WANT the black business owner. Go ahead and get THEIR money. and bring it back home to the black community(recycle those dollars). a black business owner hits on more things he/she needs to hit on to earn more of my respect. a black business if nothing else is a light at the end of the tunnel for youngings growing up not seeing to many black folks own much. so every time you see that rare one. it gives you a sense of "maybe i can do it too." the more times you see it, the more chance of you doing the same thing. There's a reason white folks do better in this country then blacks do. even beyond the cism. its because they grow up seeing their parents be managers, ceo's, etc so they themselves see its possible. where as a young hood black kid see's his mom or pops working a dead end job AT BEST.Which is more beneficial and which one would you choose if you had to make a choice.
On one hand you open a business, that caters exclusively to black people, lets say 85% of your customer base.
Yet you have employees from every race, and only around 20% of your employees are black.
On that other hand you have a business where blacks make up less than 10% of your customer base, yet 95% of your employees are black.
Which one would you say is more beneficial to the community.
Alot of people just dont understand what a simple job can do for someone. I mean yea people laugh at some hoodrat for getting on FB and bragging about a interview at Burger King, and shyts all fun and games. But I know so many dudes my age who have literally told me straight up, if they cant find a job then they WILL do what they have to do to get money. I say the majority of "criminals" and hustlers I know all stop doing whatever it is they do, whenever they finally land a job. But people think I exaggerrate when I tell them just how hard it is for young black males to get a job in Dallas.Damn OP, this is a damn great question
Both could benefit the community in some ways...I gotta think about this one; I'm meaning towards black workers since jobs are the number one problem in the Black community.
I like this right here. Good shytTaking the white, Asian, Mexican, Arabic dollar and giving it to hard working black kids instead of taking black money and recycling it to the other races.![]()
That's because people who have never lived at the poverty level or know someone struggling don't understand how poverty really operates. Its really a depressing and hard way to live. Trust me homie, its not that they don't know its tough, its that they can't IDENTIFY with your struggle because it goes over their head.Alot of people just dont understand what a simple job can do for someone. Yup. This is why now I would literally work any job. When I was younger I had a problem working but thats mainly because I had no future planned so any job I got was going to basically be my life until them cacs decided to get rid of me. Now I look at it just get that job, stack. Invest in yourself. Take the money cacs give you but DONT spend it, especially on stupid ass shyt. That's because people who have never lived at the poverty level or know someone struggling don't understand how poverty really operates. What's funny is that 95% of all Americans with a job are one step away from clicking buttons at a fast food restaurant and don't even think about it. I know I would go back to washing dishes in a heartbeat if I had no other access to any other job. So anyone that is happy to get any job, I applaud them everyday because this is a very unfair, tough world, especially for Blacks.

If your in Dallas you ever try looking into driving trucks for some cash to start your business?Alot of people just dont understand what a simple job can do for someone. Its both where I work. I think the two biggest challenges is these crackas honestly wanna take us out and make us another gentrification tragedy and getting enough Black clientele cuz oftentimes Black people aint even lookin or thinkin to support business geared towards them.
IMO it doubles in meaning cuz u doin it as much for the community as you doin it for the money.
