:ohhh:
Yooo she goes to Texas Tech with my sister. My sister showed me a cypher they had and her lyrics were the best out of them all, males included. How you know her?
I don't. I forgot how I came across her music though. That's what's up tho, she's really talented.

nikkas really linked me to a site with the present/future value of money on it. Listen, I already know about that formula but I choose not to subscribe to anything that makes it seem advantageous to borrow money lol. Nevermind borrowing money on a depreciating item lol.
nikkas using banking science (formulas) to justify borrowing money lmao. Debt=risk plain and simple. There's no formula to deal with reality fellas.
FYI you should ALWAYS be SAVING so the whole opportunity cost argument is null and void, meaning when the times comes where you NEED a new car then whatever you have in the bank is the amount you have to work with.

I say all that to say this, trust me I know nikkas just want to stunt I'm not judging. But at the end of the day, right is right and wrong is wrong.

Debt secured at 0.9% is a risk when I'm earning 18% on retirement and have 50x the loan amount in the bank and interest rates are projected to rise? :laff:

Broke smart-dumb nikka shyt. I'm done trying to educate ya'll.

Save for years and drop cash on cars, brehs.

So you're saying if I borrow money at 2% interest, and take the money I borrow and invest it with a 12% return, the debt is a bad thing?

Why even borrow money to do that is the whole point. And I love investing but nobody can guarantee 12% all the time. Some years it'll be more than 12%, other years not.

Debt=risk. Any real fiduciary would tell you that.
