You weren't getting past Cleveland with Thad or Morris, keeping the pick is better in the longrun, I fully expect the Knicks shytty season to continue and the Nuggets will drop out a bit to insure a good pick. This draft is short on wing players but has PF's so your big man could come from there.

I think you'll get out the first round this year, 2nd round is iffy just because the Celtics are so well coached.

This teams draft picks have been shyt of recent note let me just throw that out there,so having them doesnt make me confident we'll use them wisely...

IM tired of waiting for the future....we said this shyt 3-4 years ago,its time to cash in the chips and play for now..our future rests within two all stars having career years and cap space not 4 picks who will most likely never see the floor on this team...But as always with Masai lets wait and evaluate and see what happens in the playoffs....He better hope at the least he lands something PLUS Demar in the off season or this talking point is for nothing...

I feel more for Casey cuz he'll be the guy sacrificed if this fails...

Fell for it tho year...

I'm pretty annoyed. Obviously we have a higher pick than last year but having 3 picks in last years draft (plus we have 5 second rounders) did not work out that well for us. Danny lost some leverage today, last year we couldn't trade 4-5 picks to move up 6 spots
so what's your ideal plan with those picks now? Ben Simmons with or without the Nets lottery pick? Trade up to get somebody like Diamond Stone? Use either of them to trade for a great veteran player in the offseason?

They'll end up like the Knicks, overpaying for dudes that just don't do much.

They need so much, basically all they have are Lopez, Young and Jefferson, they lack a PG & SG, they have no depth and no youth outside of Rondae.

Nah. Those guys are reserved for San Antonio the next 2 or 3 years in case we need them :scheming:. If you another team don't even waste your time asking about them :scheming:

Or did you think the Tiago Splitter salary dump for LMA was a one time thing:scheming:

It wasn't :scheming:

I think we keep the pick and hope for a top 3 pick... But we will get a very good player in the draft

Jigga with the Roley and the Vest
exactly....shyt will be horrible...I don't even know if its possible but if I was the GM Marks I'd run around signing dudes to 1 year deals annually and look to foreign leagues and D-league guys who will play all out with heart before overpaying vets and signing them to long term deals.

That was Billy/ownership strategy going in to this season also..try to get guys from overseas, d league, one yr deals etc ...and the team you have today is a result of that..

@Malta Hol up here Breh so youd have the Celtics over us in the 2nd round now ? :mjlol:

Just stop it man....A team with ZERO experience

I think a starting PF puts us right there with Cleveland as long as Demar and Kyle do not fall off in that series...

IM tired of hearing the overhype about well coached teams,if you dont have the players, the coaching is not going to get you over....and the celtics do not have enough.

I don't have much confidence in your team, you know, since you've lost two years in a row with homecourt.

A PF wouldn't put you up there with Cleveland, they are on another level from the rest of the East.

No 1st round pick is irrelevant and this hardly makes the Clippers better

They are still a second round exit
If Blake is healthy no they aren't. Green does wonders for their pathetic bench.
