You realize that Rudy gay is terrible right? Or do you just look at stats?

Rudy is a starting SF. All of his numbers fit our system. We don't require you to have ball handling. We do a lot of catch and shoot, cunning, screens, flashes, 3pt shots and constant movement. We really need a SF who can finish in the paint. Carroll being gone and make us lose that element. He's a good defensive player for the most part. He will be just fine in our system. He will need time to learn it but that goes for all players in general who are new to our squad.
