If the Hawks don't do it someone should. Victor is going to get better each year. He may never be a star but I can see him being an 18 5 and 5 type player eventually.
Victor is kinda a player who doesn't really fit in today's NBA as a starter. The talent is there but the rest isn't. For Atlanta to trade Jeff, they gonna have to come off of Gordon and Oladipo.

No.

Being an idiot and asking for that is gonna get you stuck with George Hill instead.

I remember your predraft thread about him being like wade. You think his ceiling had lowered or is it bad coaching? :jbhmm:

We already rejected that trade. They offered Hill and a 1st. Orlando offered Oladipo and said it's not close. We want two good prospects for Jeff.

My predraft take was wrong. He's Wade lite tho. Just more undersized, less skilled, less length and athleticism and less strength. That's kinda hard to start in the NBA where spacing, movement and size is becoming key.

Bad coaching is an issue for Orlando but personnel redundancy and lacking players with very good skill is their issue

Pretty sure @jaguar paw would love Iso Joe on the squad, but only way they'd get him is via buyout imo.

I just remembered there being talk of the Cavs being interested in him during the offseason. Buyout would seem more plausible given his contract though.

Teague is a good player but he's not worth Oladipo and Gordon.

Like I said yesterday some of you Hawk fans are setting yourselves up for disappointment

We are fans, we aren't the GM and I do think you gonna have to come out of pockets for Jeff. Unquestionably. I think he is worth a very high price tag. This, I am not sure.

Atlanta told Boston for Horford they need
All Brooklyn based picks
Crowder
Isaiah Thomas
From ajc beat writer on an local Atlanta station.

Yeah, Atlanta wants a fukking haul for Al and I don't blame them. Horford is the franchise player but damn, they want a Cousins haul and Al is on an expiring contract. That's an untradeable want. I am happy about it. I don't want to Al gone, if you want him, trade your franchise.

Jeff's asking price is far more reasonable but it's pricey.

Pretty sure that package could get the Celtics any big in the league. No way they do that for Al fukking Horford, lol.

I'd be happy to add him for Lee or Sully and picks, but Crowder is so cheap and Isaiah is a star.... Plus that 2016 Brooklyn pick is all but assured a top 3. I'll pass on Al at that price 100 times over.
