Brehs, this is exhibit A why the Hawks have sucked for yrs. These are their fans :russ:
Since when have the Hawks sucked? They just don't have enough. They been just as successful as the Clippers if not more and ya'll got a player who's clearly better than anyone on both teams in CP3. That dude is a legit elite HOF top 5 PG of all time and the Clippers have been leading the league in efficiency and getting put out in the 1st or 2nd round every year. If you have an elite player like him, far more should be expected of then even compared to a team like the Hawks.

I like Horford, he's like a star role player.. But he has a ceiling is set and he's not a player that changes games plus he's hurt most of the time so the Hawks aren't getting all the things you mentioned on a consistent basis. Blake ceiling hasn't been reached yet and yes he needs to play more defense even with his short arms. He hasn't exerted his will on both sides of the floor against teams and honestly I don't know if he ever will. Its yet to be seen. He's been humbled with this latest incident and I'm hoping he comes back like a man possessed/man on a mission when healthy. If he can even contribute something when the hand heals
He's a star period. This role player talk is stupid. Just because you might be a #3 option on offense for scoring for most teams including the one you play one, that does not mean you of #3 importance on offense. Ya'll don't understand the NBA well enough to even have a conservation with someone like myself who does.

He really ain't that good if you look at his hype, stats and talent compared to what he actually bring as impact. He is a Kevin Love based player. Those really don't win you titles but they put up great surface numbers. With that said, extremely talented #1 options are very hard to find in the NBA. He does have very very ample value but he's not the type of player I put on a pedestal.

I've always stated, winning players are my favorite then bigs. If we talking HOF, since mostly everyone is a winner at the top of the list, then bigs is my thing. I am straight forward. I breakdown the stats and tape. With the exception of those like Rondo, I tend to be less forgiven for stat based players. I did this to T-Mac and VC a decade ago and I am doing it to Griffin and Love in this generation.

If the Clippers offered Griffin for Horford or Millsap straight up they would be on the first plane out of ATL :mjlol:
Doubt it. Especially Horford. Millsap maybe. Then again, I don't see why LA will trade Griffin. He does more for their fanbase than even CP3. I am sorry but I can't see how Millsap will motivate a fanbase. Considering Griffin is the one with far more talent. Then again when coaches are GM's, they tend to see the big picture but I don't see Ballmer okaying any Griffin trade for better or worse.

Nuggets and nobody else will gut their team for a 1yr rental. Somehow Blake will end up on the Lakers and Doc will have fukked up the Clips for yrs. God help the Clips if Blake starts using the leverage he has.
I hear you.. I don't know what to think tbh. I want to see how he plays when he gets healthy but if he can't give us anything come post season its yet another year gone down the drain with this core. Everybody thought it was DJ but I'm hearing Blake is the root of the goofy/soft/frat boy mentality that plagues the team. I wanted Blake to retire with the Clipps but I don't know. This is dangerous waters here but I'm kinda done with player stanning- its what's best for the team:mjcry:

Winning. They are more valuable to winning. Griffin is more valuable to any NBA franchise in terms of dollars.

But he's not a role player. That's someone like Derek Fisher and Rick Fox. He's a key player.
