What is Orlando going to do with Jennings, Payton and Oladipo?

Hard to say any of those three are on the team come Thursday afternoon

Jennings is a free agent after this year so he's going to want to be in a situation where he can play and earn another contract so if Payton and oladipo stay, you can't rule out a buyout

But Orlando seems anxious to move oladipo, he's up for an extension this offseason and I doubt they'll pay him what he wants
