What that got to do with my post?:dahell:

We moving guys who about to get paid for youth. Why u mad?

A source close to the situation told CLNS Radio of Ainge’s interest, “[Ainge’s] primary target for Thursday will be Al Horford. I can tell you point blank that is Danny’s ideal choice.”

...

“I can tell you point blank that Danny won’t give up the [Brooklyn Nets] draft pick for Horford, that I can assure you,” said the source.

What I really dont get is why teams wait until the last fukking day down to the minute to do something.

They need to make the trade deadline a window, like one week during the season you can do trades. Teams would have more urgency to pull off a trade and instead of trade "deadline" we'd be talking about trade week.

1) I think, for this year in particular, the cap jump and the dominance of 4 particular teams has them wanting to wait it out and preventing a buyers market when a lot of them know it's pointless.

2) I think a lot are afraid of just pulling the trigger. It's like any massive decision in life, except in this case it could make or break their careers and if they think it might screw up something decent they might not want to do it. Like for the Grizz, I don't think they want to head towards a full rebuild because they might mean an overhaul of the front office, so they'd rather stay with a team that can at least make the playoffs than blow it up and potentially cost themselves their jobs.

Like I'm sure a lot of these GMs know when they're teams ain't legitimate contenders, but at the same time they're completely unsure about their own job security if they have to head towards a rebuild so they hesitate or don't go through with it.

It's easy for us to judge, but I am willing to give them at least a little bit of sympathy because their jobs ARE on the line in most cases as well as the jobs of their friends and what not. It's easy to be an objective observer.

Once it gets close to that last minute, some just settle with their fate and hope for the best. Maybe it's like any deadline in life where the closer it gets the more pressure you have to accomplish something.

If this trade goes down and neither crowder or the Brooklyn pick is included I expect you to rock a Celtics avi for rest of season

If either crowder or Brooklyn pick is in the deal then I'll rock an Atlanta avi
*gulp* :merchant:

Only way my avy goes is if Touch Me goes:ufdup:
