What "star" were they supposed to move the picks for today?

Al Horford & Dwight Howard who will be unrestricted free agents and they'll have enough cap room to go after in the offseason anyway?

Those Nets picks aren't as valuable as you think. Picks like that only work when the other team cooperates. Nets aren't about to rebuild

The Nets are going to be bad for a long time, there's nobody in the FA class this year that will sign there and move the needle.

Just throwing money into the wind isn't going to fix that team, trading high first rounders the way they did would be enough to kill a franchise in another market.

I'm pretty annoyed. Obviously we have a higher pick than last year but having 3 picks in last years draft (plus we have 5 second rounders) did not work out that well for us. Danny lost some leverage today, last year we couldn't trade 4-5 picks to move up 6 spots

A pick is a pick you don't know lol and Clippers keep getting the same players and they failing guys like Pierce, Smith and Stephenson ain't done shyt , I doubt Jeff does anything when Blake comes back . I mean J Smoove was a top 5 PF from 08-13 and he couldn't even get in games with Blake out what makes Jeff special when he's done nothing?

The only player I can see him throwing all those picks at are Boogie, because he can be the player your entire offense is built around.

For him to trade those picks it would need to be for someone in the 22-26 year old range that can really help them out right now, basically an AD/Boogie level talent.
