Idk I was expecting something along the lines of a horror themed version...instead they relied on making the story dark, dreary and depressing, the payoff seems a bit rushed too...Guy Pearce seems to be right at home playing these evil villainous characters...I could never live in the 1800's that shyts just too grimey.
