Crack babies from the late 70s and 80s are now 37 years old.
Lets do the regression on the fall.
Start from year 81. Then stop at 1988
I came of age during the Crack Era. Crack didn't really become a thing nationwide until the early-mid eighties. You didn't start seeing cocaine-addicted babies in maternity wards until then. People were still getting beamed up something serious to the Enterprise after I graduated high school in the early 90s and when I came back stateside in late 90s. My cousin's mother is a retired elementary school teacher that taught the kids with "behavioral issues" at the back of the school near the boiler room. She was still teaching those kinds of kids up until the end of Bush II's second term when she retired. Some of those kids are now adults that are just short of being able to purchase alcohol.
