That's why I don't joke about when I say I surround myself with Jews. Especially when it comes to property. The amount of discounts they get because they're part of the 'tribe' is crazy.

Many of these folks are on the take in the real estate game.. If you find the right one you can greese they palm for the right "fee" and they will work the wheels for you. Basically making back door deals with banks for foreclosures or with the private seller so that your offer gets pulled.

Home appraisals work the same way as well. Bet cash money if she slipped that appraisal devil a cool 5 stacks she could have got the amount she wanted.

I done seen it with my own eyes and been part of it.

As I also tell folks on here whether with politics or getting favors and closing deals. If you ain't talking about buying folks then you hustling backwards.

Not surprised. I remember when my Mom was about to close a deal for a 400,000 house only for the broker to call last minute and say the owner decided to ‘sell it to their neighbor instead’ . My mom even offered and extra 15k and the broker told her ‘it’s not about the money’. If the neighbor was going to buy it why was it on the market in the first place sounds like some people in the area made some calls not to sell it to ‘their kind’. Come to find out the house was sold for 385,000

Made some connections who made some connections to a realtor. Realtor says I got contacts in the bank who will lets say make sure you get the property. You just need to meet my price which I split with my inside contacts. Come to find out the properties were getting bought for 10, 15 and 20k less than I was bidding.

Lets just say me and the realtor became close. Dude had so many customers and made so much money in 2008 and 2009 he is retired living in Arizona now.

But yeah all my deals I usually have to greese a palm or two. But thats how the world works man.

Wanted to say as well that I noticed a lot of the ex dope boys and criminals are good at this game as well. Cause its basically the same tactics used in the streets minus the violence.

I feel you and actually the folks who gave me the contact were black. Specifically a sista who is a multi millionaire and a friend of the family. She herself does the whole white front thing and its one of the reasons she has been a millionaire. I wouldn't say I was on the outside in 2008. More so I was given contacts to get inside the game. Which allowed me to own properties.

I would also add that many black folks who own businesses have white fronts as well.

As far as the dope boys and ex criminals. Yes they most likely will never get that wall street money but nor will the avg rich white person either. What I meant by the dope boys and ex criminals is that as you deal with a lot of these business owners many of them have connections or former connections to dope dealing and ex criminal behavoir and have made their money and have gone straight.

Whether it is the white owner of the family grocery store in your neighborhood or the white jewish dude that owns your apartment complex.

So for example some of my business partners (brothers) own a few used car dealerships. They got put on the game by a couple of euro greek dudes who were in "questionable activity" but when the feds came knocking they went straight. And what better career for ex criminals to get into was to sell cars and own real estate. Easy transition cause its all about underhanded shyt.

Anyway these brothas met these greek kats and from their they taught them the used car game. They then opened their shops in latin neighborhoods and put mexicans to work as the front to make the money.
