Thirty five years is a good run. Granted it sounds like he didnt even come close to retirement, it should be warning to all of young kids to get their "business" in order.

I just received my life insurance bill a few weeks ago.

Brehs. Take care of your cotdamn self. My homeboy from college went into diabetic coma for like 3 weeks not long ago. He was out, but bounced back. He has a wife and kids.
Take care of your health. Leave the greasy, processed, salty, sugary stuff alone and eat in less quantities. Organic as much as possible and if you join a coop and/or grow your own vegetables do it. Exercise.
Over the Christmas break I definitely ate a lot of good azz food back in North Carolina, in major portions.
I'm trying my damnest to get back in shape in the next few weeks.

It ain't easy... I know ...but this aint' our parents' food yall......its just not ..
