lol i dont get it. i dont know whos in that picture and if its a gay person, a transgender person or whatever.
Facts remains. If a $15 discrepancy on a bill - regardless of your gender - is gonna prompt you to ask the person back for said money then you probably dont see much of a long term potential in that person or you are broke and cant afford to be dating.
