I have a homie who did exactly that. Wife started to get on his nerves shortly after marriage so he kicked her out and the only thing she got were the gold coins brides traditionally receive at marriage as insurance in case things go south

In this scenario the wife is a stay at home wife without a job? Even before having kids? How much does the husband make? How old were the kids when she cheated? Bc she could’ve got a job if they were school age. Did he even really want kids? Bc if not, why he marry someone who want kids? Why not sign a prenup? If he’s tired he should’ve done self care and he also should’ve communicated his feelings with his wife.

And yeah that happens sometimes but in most relationships both parties work.

This reminds me of a post in a thread I saw on lsa. The girl said she was a stay at home mom the first year and some change but the working husband and her mother did everything in the household bc it was too much for her. Someone asked what does she do in their relationship/for him and she couldn’t answer, just got mad and blamed depression.

They were married for like six month, if you make his life a living hell in that short amount of time, I wouldn't call it foul if he gets rid of you. I also doubt suing him would result in much. They weren't legally married and living together for only half a year. Breh spend crazy money on the wedding too, wining and dining like 100 of her relatives
