Ja isn't going to play a full series, or enough games in the regular season for you to even get a favorable matchup in the playoffs in the first place.


And more importantly he'll never be the best player in the series out west. Find somebody else, you not about to underdog your way through every round. If you're serious about winning you need high end talent, and the bar can't just be plays hard every night and gives effort and we'll be proud. Nah nikka get enough talent to win it all or just quit. I agree but this game should be a deep dive on Bane and JJJ. These nikkas suck, Bane big for nothing dude can’t even drive against physical defenders without losing the bal. Short arm ahh nikka

Imma be honest I didn't watch a second of this game . I'm already out on everybody in the organization, would be nothing for me to even add that I hadn't said before. I'll watch the season opener next year and if they ain't hitting 3s and playing defense I'll just skip that season as well

We got away with one. What frustrated me most was the turnovers and the missed FT's. If this continues along with the bad shooting, a second round exit is probable.

High flying point guards are exciting for the game but they don't last too long. Unfortunately Ja doesn't have the strength to bang defenders in the air and land appropriately. We saw this chapter with the league mvp in d rose. It's not pretty. Also JJJ is a former all star but he's not good enough to be a 2nd or maybe even 3rd option on this team. His best attribute is shooting the 3. That means he's a waste of size down low and can't really get you the bucket when the game slows down and get ugly. He does running shots which are absolutely crazy for a guy his height that can simply finish over defenders while maintaining balance. The Grizzlies are flawed and are stuck on the treadmill.

Huge plays on defense he anchored that shyt

Giddey for Caruso a win win as they come. Giddey need the rock, need to handle and make plays. Wit SGA and JDubb and even a lil Chet he wasn't gon get those opportunities. He hit 3s if he can shoot off dribble but wit the pieces they had he had to play spotup duties and he not good at that. Caruso much better. And Caruso as ya 3rd or 4th playmaker is what ya want you want a bigger role for Giddey as ballhandler which he wasn't gon have wit OKC personell. And obviously Caruso a All Defense level guy and Giddey don't play defense but Giddey in a leadin role looks like a fringe star in Chicago, threat to trip dub and he was never gon be that in OKC.

Chicago will continue being stuck where they are with Giddey leading them tho. And if they somehow luck into adding better offensive talent, Giddey eventually looks like he did in OKC when SGA, Williams and Chet and everyone else emerged.

Giddey needs to be a better volume spot up shooter to work next to legit on ball scoring talent IMO

I wonder if it makes any sense to kick the tires on a JJJ for Zion swap I know Zion has his own problems but if you want to keep Ja a high risk high reward move like that may be something you gotta at least take a look at right
