I would put them in a psych ward for 1-3 years and release is contingent on mental health progress.

I will never advocate for killing an 11 year old, but I think the parents should be charged for the weapon and the rest as accessories.

I believe they all can be rehabilitated, but whether it actually happens remains to be seen. They probably have some enabling ass parents.
