That's entirely possible. A 34 year old Kobe doesn't have the energy or athleticism to do everything for the Lakers at this point and its pretty obvious. Meanwhile, LeBron is in his prime and can do anything he puts his mind to on the court.
Just because LeBron could take them 2 rounds deep in the playoffs doesn't mean the supporting cast still isn't garbage.
doesnt matter, if bron can take that shytty cavs team to the finals he can do a better job then kobe for this team
even if kobe was in his prime would he be willing to pass the ball for the teams sake?

I don't think he would need to.
Besides, I think he was playmaking his best in the '07 and '08 years. Which was his prime.
'08 Kobe on the current Lakers would probably have them with a winning record and in the playoff hunt despite the similarities in stats between Kobe on '08 and '13. He still had the ability in to score 30-33ppg in '08. He's not the same player and can't play two ways for most of the game like he used to be able to. That's just age catching up with him.
