I have a problem with them pushing a post-racial society narrative or saying, "the end of racism is through sex". So given that, I disliked the commercial. Not only for that, it was very corny.

If racism could be ended through sex, it should have ended 400 years ago. The world isn't turning Beige either. whites are bolstering their numbers with these interracial children. Those children marry white and carry Black genetic diversity with them.

The only people confused are non-white people. Asians get confused, Latinos, and Blacks.

And love doesn't exist. It is just another empty word. Marriage was always centered around wealth building or power to a degree. It is a recent phenomenon where marriage etc..., has been centered around love.

I think that depends on how you look at it though. Like the old saying on whether art reflects life or vice versa. The way I see it isn't propaganda, more like marketing. While I don't think IR relationships are epidemic like some folks in here make it seem , nonetheless it's not uncommon to see either. Why not do a commercial that reflects that portion of society? Why not advertise in a manner to obtain their business? At the end of the day we're talking about a bank. Their sole interest is funds, not manipulating the dating pool.
