Then why would say that TT was getting lit up when he was a huge reason why Curry was having a terrible time in the first half of the series? One or two highlights of him getting stuck in no man's land doesn't wipe away the off-ball attention and his work to push him off of his spots for the other dozens of possessions.
That makes no sense. TT can do it, Mozgov can't.
It applied to Klay and the rest of GS's shooters as well - TT could get out to the perimeter and back to the paint faster than Mozgov ever could. His defense was an asset, Mozgov's wasn't.
As for offense, they're both equally terrible. The moment you try and run offense through either of them you kill your chances of winning a game against a good defensive team.... and that's exactly what happened in the one "good" offensive game that Mozgov had and why he wasn't really used for the rest of the series. They thought he'd be able to offer offense since he couldn't do anything else really useful and it derailed the rest of the team.
