According to my service provider:
“No. There are no proven long-term health risks (cancer or cardiovascular disease) associated with vasectomy.”

Also, Magic Mulatto sounds like you got yours done more recently I would say to rest up and allow your scrotum to heal. Take it easy and follow your Doc's orders. If you wear boxers consider switching to some tighty whities underwear for the recovery process. That helped me reduce some of the pain I was experiencing. Also, fair warning you might see some blood leaking out from the incisions while showering or changing underwear that's normal and should go away on it's own but if you're concern have your doc look at it.
Also if you're going to tell women you had a vasectomy more traditional women will look at you crazy but the more liberal women will look at you with all types of lust. I even had a few married women flirt with me after they found out. But I'm not that type of dude to sleep with another's man woman.

Your urologist will tell you that you still need to practice safe sex at least for the 90 days after you get your procedure. You still have to “clear out old inventory” if you can read between the lines.
My urologist told me that you need to let off at least 20 nuts
between the time of your procedure and when you go back in 90 days to get your sperm count tested.After that, you can go back on your own volition to make sure it’s still zero.

I'm playing it careful, they recommended coming back after like 12 weeks to confirm infertility. Also said you gotta clear out the chamber at least 20 times before then.

After I got mine done I was beating my meat two or three times a day for a month to clear my shyt out.
