He didn't sign because DeMarcus, a former teammate recruited him last year and he had a guaranteed starting spot in NO. He also didn't sign last year because we weren't close to being a playoff team, we had a lot of question marks. So yea, those are pretty big and fair reasons as to why he didn't sign. He did himself a lot of favors signing with NO instead of signing in LA, being potentially a backup to a rookie and not sniffing the playoffs.

A lot of these close losses even dating back to last year, I’ve noticed Lonzo has like 4-10 points. His attempts are usually low it’s like if his shot isn’t falling early , he’s done shooting. Not saying he needs to chuck away but damn be aggressive, get to the rack or shoot short range shots. Don’t just flat out stop looking to find your offensive rhythm Zo.

No controversy like everyone else has pretty much said in here. Rondo knows his role is the mentor. nikkas think we drafted Ball number 2 to have him coming off the bench!? Doesn't mean Rondo can't get the nod when Ball isn't 100 %. Doesn't mean Rondo shouldn't play like he wants that spot. Steel sharpen steel. Ball is selfless enough to not care if he starts or not. But he will.
