Somebody has to explain to me why some of these Asian countries go scorched earth on weed. Not as OD as Singapore but I think you can damn near get football numbers for dealing weed in Japan and South Korea.

Based on what I've seen in Japan, you get more time [guaranteed] for weed than you would if you raped a woman.

There was a Japanese lawmaker a couple months ago who had sex with an underage runaway girl. Buddy got a suspended sentence for that, but weed is [I think] a guaranteed maximum of 7 years.

Japan is very weird when it comes to how they enforce certain crimes. Essentially, you need to have ironclad proof that a sexual assault took place and that the accused is the one who did it, or else the police will look the other way. Additionally, women OD get shamed for reporting it IF they don't have absolute proof.

That's another reason why their conviction rate is so high; the police really only go after crimes that they know FOR SURE will result in a conviction.

I know someone who did years in a Japanese prison. It may be cleaner and less hostile than American prisons, but you’re practically a robot. You can’t talk at all when you’re working, and your sat in one spot for hours. Only people with some freedom of movement are the supervisors. He learned the language just so he can supervise and have some meaning. He said the guards would test the fukk out of you. I forget how much time they’d add on if you hit one of em, but I remember my jaw dropping when he told me. He legit won’t go back because of how he was treated.

Damn and jbo set was thinking they would get a fleshlight and a vr headset if they ever do time in Japan.
