so is the legal system. Then you have the residuals like jails, parole officers, probation officers etc. Not saying every one is a millionaire but those two industries eat of a lot of the $$$..
Because the 175-180 range is almost never reached by Black students male or female. Literally maybe 3 or 4 every year. I have a projected 174-176. There's actually a website that shows chances of getting in a school, by using precious year's data. I have a 3.6 - 174 and there is 0 data, and that includes Yale, Harvard, Stanford, NYU, UC, Cornell, Duke, Columbia and UCLA.
That's the thing though, if you don't go to a good law school, rank highly in your class, or have connections you'll be an unemployed lawyer, or worse, a lawyer with a 50k a year job, and $130,000 in debt + living expenses. I don't plan on having debt, or having a low paying lawyer job. BigLaw is incredibly likely for me, and that starts at $160k a year + bonuses.
