Yeah I realize that but we got to stop listening to these politicians with million and billionaires in there pocket and start using some common sense on these issues republicans were acting like the sky was going to fall down if obamacare passed.
They know what they're doing truth be told :obama: finally grew a pair of balls this week after he inked the deal with China, the biggest sponsor of the rethug party are the koch brothers, and the carbon emissions bill, with definitely puncture a hole in their profits, the thing Koch bros have tried sohh hard to protect...

Oh yeah I forgot to answer the question, and with that said....

It's easier said than done. It takes a lot of money to run a campaign, or even get to an elected office and some point, an individual will have to be sponsored by some shady individual, who'll seek favors in return. :manny:

The game is rigged :scusthov:

Honestly,

The higher on the pay scale you are, the more hours you have to work and the more responsibility and stress you have to endure.

Being paid 18-20 dollars an hour and having a job where it starts at 9pm and ends at 5pm is a nice gig.

Unless you are a union dock working making 150K, 100K-150K means working at least 60 hours a week, and work doesn't end when you come home. Smart phones mean constant work emails. Work Laptop means you WILL be working from home at night time.

Take solace in that unless someone is coming from an "old money" background. You're life is probably happier than that guy making 6 figures.

this shouldn't be an issue if marriage was still a strong institution.

two people making 20hr can hit 80K a year easily and live comfortably.

I thought the 'typical marriage' required the wife to stay home taking care of them kids and the man be the breadwinner.

Not to mention how long will one of them hold that job before being laid off or let go in 2014?

In 2014 both parents have to work.
Only few families can have the luxury of one bread winner.
It all comes down to education really. With most lower income jobs you are easily replaceable.

The emphasis on a two parent home found in conservative values, solves so many of the problems liberals have with our society... blacks in particular.
Its unbelievable how we got where we are... :wow:

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
People are paid what they are worth. If you don't bring much to the table don't expect much

Most people aren't paid what they're worth. They're paid what the person can get away with paying them. That goes for ALL pay scales. Unless you get paid commission you will never get out what you put in.

i make 42k and in the bay area it might not be much, but i still count my blessings everyday.

I dont listen to half these cornballs about anything money or career related. There's like 5,000 posters (or more) on the Coli but everyone's a baller :duck: Same dudes talking about they make six figures in one thread be in the next thread saying they won't tip the waiter five dollars. I love when nikkas expose themselves :sas1: I never care enough to call them out though. I just make a mental note to never listen to them again :sas2:

the best advice anyone can take from this site :wow:i would throw taking advice about women from here as well.
