Time doesn’t go by quicker the older you get, your perception of time is what changes. When you’re 5 years old a decade is two lifetimes for you. When you’re 20 years old a decade is your lifetime twice over. When you’re 70 years old a decade is your life seven times over. The reason why time doesn’t fly quickly as you get older is because if you’re stuck somewhere you don’t want to be it’ll feel like forever until you finally leave no matter how old you are. Being stuck in traffic or the often laboriousness of being stuck in the waiting room for your doctors appointment will feel the same no matter if you’re 5, 20 or 70 years old.​

It’s amazing 25 years ago , I really was enjoying life had my 1965 ford falcon looking nice and enjoying family reunions

But now father has passed away, uncles and aunts has passed away, grandparents passed away , dealing with yearly doctor visits (which is good) , but even though I don’t have so much debt, it’s sad seeing how my generation x of people has destroyed the black community and it’s no turning back

Crazy how time flies. My youngest Bro will be 25 next year, my youngest sister will be 30 next year. My older sister is only a couple of years away from the big 5-0 herself. I'm fully in this Unc shyt now. And I swear once you hit 30 them 5's come at you fast as shyt. You 30 and then you blink and you're 35. You blinked again you're 40.

Facts.
