Telfair played 10 seasons so he’ll get the max but it depends what age you start drawing from the pension. I believe if you wait until you’re 62 you’ll be paid $215,000 per year. At age 50 you’ll make $800 per month per year of service (only have to have been under contract for 1 game to accrue a year of service ). It goes lower the earlier you start taking from it.

Basically works like social security.

My mom was a public school teacher, but she retired at age 57 cuz she already had 35 years of service under her belt and was eligible for maximum pension even at that age. And this was 17 years ago

After all of this it’s obvious that anything so called street related isn’t what he should be getting into.

This man wakes up crying and wound up doing like 4 months but behaved like it was death sentence.

was def assuming this ish was scripted to alley OOP the comeback, bul looks to really be living there...he had some motion with the podcasts etc...in 5 years should be eligible for the NBA pension which is close to 200k a year in some cases...wonder if thats part of what they were trying to access early and caugght the case...unreal story...but real at the same time, life is wild
