Hot Springs isn’t country at all really, it’s a horse race gambling, casino, and spa town on one side and a ghetto in the rest. I think people confuse country with “Southern”. Places like Elaine, Hope, England,Blytheville and Warren in Arkansas are country ratchet while Little Rock, Conway, Pine Bluff, Hot Springs, etc are Southern cities with ghettos, not “country”.
