Back when Hip-Hop was real and anti-establishment. The whole vibe was ‘fukk the wold’.
Now we got hand purse wearing nikkaz mumbling and performing with Katy Perry.
Great photo - this is Hip-History. Shout out to OP @u are always correct, do you know the backstory of the photos? Where this was at, who took them, how you found them?
Damn, this is amazing, I wonder why this photo has never surfaced after 24 years, and I wonder why Pac or Nas never mentioned that they met each other on interviews? I thought the first occasion Pac encountered Nas was at the House of blues or some other event in 96.

Legit the finest two men in hip hop, bar none![]()

SO MANY QUESTIONS
1. I need this whole contact sheet blown up, framed and on my wall.
2. Is that Jungle in the background of the last pic?

"I met him after the movie Juice came out. We were on the Howard University college campus, during the time when everyone used to drive down there and just kick it for Homecoming. You'd bump into everybody - rappers, athletes, actors, drug dealers. I saw Tupac talking to some girls, and I handed him a Hennessy bottle. I probably shouldn't have had it with me, because I was on campus, but he took it and turned it bottom up. He kept reciting one of my rhymes off my first single over and over again - a song called "Half-time". "When its my time to go, I'll wait for God." He loved that line."
