The stigma around marijuana is dead and most embrace it so these stoner movies have lost their place. It's pretty much legal everywhere and this generation probably won't support these movies. And cats my age range ain't spending MORE to see a probably mediocre movie when we can see it at home not long after it drops. Now if it's straight streaming status it might get some play.

Both of these actors have out grown their roles. I mean even the target audience in their late 30s-40s.
They’re the original writers as well, I have absolutely zero problems with them coming back if they got a story to tell.
