I know the merch and make a wish stuff is the reason this isn't happening but they should turn Cena heel. He can be the biggest and most hated heel in the industry Hollywood Hogan style. They could push different faces and create new maineventers for the next couple years or so then cake off of his eventual Face turn.

WWE has shown time and time again that they can't consistently push monster heels well. They always either job them out or turn them into jokes (e.g. Big Show, Mark Henry, Kane, Khali, and to a lesser extent Brock Lesnar during his first run).
