when i hit 30 i realized i didn't want any kids or be married...

i think when you hit 30 you known exactly what you want, its a time where your thoughts wander less and you can focus on more concise goals
im my own boss, but the grind is still heavy. dont feel like paying more payroll taxes so im keeping it bare bones and just trying to get my paper up by any sane means. want to own the crib by 36/37

im a father to my kids raising them as best as possible
working on getting a house

if anything just maintain my lifestyle as it is and make sure my kids are still doing good

Yeah it's tough....For the last 14 years I've wanted nothing more than to be a DJ/producer but last year kinda just sucked my joy and passion away. That and just not making enough money doing it just got me to the point where I realized I needed to do something else. It's tough because even though I have a degree I feel like I'm starting fresh and reinventing myself.....I really haven't had a real job in years. I worked at a start up earlier this year to get some experience but giving so much time to the company and not getting paid killed me, plus I realized I just didn't believe in their vision. I still DJ but I think this will probably be my last year doing this full time. I've honestly become much more money hungry lately where as in the past I used to wake up saying what can I create that will be amazing....
