:ehh:

Asked how they could be better. I aired a couple of grevancies. She patiently explained the reasons and offered suggestions to make my banking experience optimal. Very engaging call. As soon as I got off the phone I transferred a few more stacks to my One United account.

It's just a reminder of how much better black people/black organizations have to be than other people/organizations just to get the same level of praise. To still think black people and black businesses can't offer excellent service is straight c00nery buffoonery.

When was the last time your bank called to check on you?

:salute:Shout out to Sierra @ One United.

How is your overall experience with them? I still haven't got around to opening an account there yet, but do plan on doing so. Could you ever see them being your primary bank? How are you utilizing them currently?

Overall, pretty good. Their Gold accounts have annoying minimum balance fees for savings, and fees on checking if you don't have at least one direct deposit per month. One thing I can't do is pay fees when I'm letting you hold my money. But I'm good now, got my accounts set up correctly. Should have paid more attention to the fine print.

Right now I use them for paying autodrafts that I never want to see, mortgage, student loans etc. And just a regular savings stash.

That's what's holding me back. I saw those fees and did a :whoa:

I already have my direct deposit at my other credit union and that's for a good reason. I just don't see the need in having two banks, especially changing my direct deposit. It just seems messy. Sending money back and forth. I'd be cool with minimum monthly balance of like a grand or something.

But would I still have access to checking without fees?

:patrice: so basically it gets forwarded to your main account(CT) through Oneunited first right?

Nah I dont have one united. Im speakig for citizens trust but it applies with any bank depending how your jobs payroll works (unless you are self employed).

My job allows for 3 direct deposit accounts so i put a set amount into my citzens trust and another set amount into my schwab account and the rest goes into my main BOA account.

I attempted to open an account but my $500 deposit was returned cause im not a citizen. Told me something about that they don't have the software or something to find people unles they are citizens. I tried this with other online Black banks also and its the same thing. I wish this could be fixed

I love that bank. I have had any problems at all with them. Just as good, if not better that the big chain banks. I would compare them to USAA interface wise.
I have Usaa they are the goat, can't see myself ever switching
