As someone living in an active seismic region, that rendering gave me immediate anxiety. :picard:

I know I'm not especially learned in physics, but how can the top of the building be that much bigger than the base? :what:
The base is wider than the top

The title says proposed bro. I know

every building in America has to be “allowed”.
Yes. And proposals aren't always accepted. I'll try and be optimistic, since the let the atrocities of Hudson Yards go through, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Working on Jfk vs working on prime Manhattan real estate are two different things.

breh there’s like 15 major things this city needs ahead of that shyt

- at least 2 more tunnels tunnels to NJ
- finish the last 3 phases of the second ave subway
- dedicated subways to both airports
- major infrastructure updates on highways like the cross Bronx
- dedicated bike lanes with barriers
- dedicated 24hr bus only lanes
- municipal multilevel parking structures
- widespread parks upgrades

and if you got people in public housing or receiving benefits, make these motherfukkas work. Put in work for your benefits.

LMFAO. We don’t need half that shyt, especially no damn 24 hour bus lane :heh:

That's not the full design is it.

Scrap the project.
