I personally believe more black women on average have had sex outside of their race than black men. We also tend to focus on white men which is a mistake because other races of men run through black women too. You probably wouldn't find too many black men that have had sex with Arab or Indian women but black women.
Before black women sleeping around with whites was known as bedwenching, I noticed this phenomenon when I got to college as a young man. I personally saw black girls leaving parties with white boys every weekend.
To answer your question though, I can't say no, because i likely already have. I have never had interracial sex myself and i have no interest in doing so.
