Let's not conflate equality with equivalent.
Man and woman should be afforded equal rights and opportunities, regardless of sex.
But as groups, we know men and women tend to prefer different things.
All else being equal, more men than women would serve on the front lines of war and put their lives in harm's way.
Likewise, women are more likely to choose teaching of children (especially younger children), etc.
Regardless of what any liberal crackpot says, men and women are different.
And they both deserve equality, regardless of what any conservative crackpot says

The difference between equality and fairness imo.
fairness means everybody has the same amount of time to finish a race. You all have to cross the finish line in under 18 seconds,
doesn't matter your background, how much you've trained or any other advantages some may have other the others. 18 seconds
Equality takes into account all the advantages and disadvantages everybody has and tries to the level the playing field.
A white dude been rich for 7 generations due to slavery, basically has a 10 second head start over everyone else in certain aspects of life.
We don't penalize him for this, but we give the other racers extra time to finish the race. they get 28 seconds while the white dude still has to finish in 10.
Equality is not about being fair, its about giving everyone an "equal opportunity" to succeed.
