It's a problem everywhere but the South is seriously on some modern day slavery tip.
Louisiana went straight to purple.

I wonder why Utah has such a high prison rate? Low population?

That's not Utah. You are looking at either Arizona or Nevada. Arizona has the Mexican border and Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Nevada is self explanatory.

Here's another statistic for you... America locks up a higher percentage of it's minorities than South Africa did during apartheid. :scusthov:
