The ratings also took a nose dive in season 6.
Apparently they made it look like that in the Nielsen ratings to give a reason to shuffle up the time slots, to when they eventually cancelled the show.
At least that's what I read.
Word? That's interesting never heard that before. It does kind of look funny in the light that the ratings would fall that much. A top 10-15 show all the way to 70?

By '92-'93 that whole family sitcom thing both black and white was old news to make way 4 edgier shyt like Married W/ Children, Martin, Friends, Living Single etc etc ...I remember Kadeem (Dwayne) said years ago on a Behind The Sitcom type show that the everybody pretty much knew that after The Cosby Show closed it out it wouldn't be long before ADW did too
