Soft guy era… drizzle drizzle
I love hoes! I'm fine with legalized prostitution. It's her box...if she want to sell it, it's her biz.
Whore behavior only frighten men with low dikk confidence.
A lot of men are unhappy with the current system because they're working hard, and the benefits are not what they used to be because of inflation. I don't know how having a good economy is at the expense of women, children, and the planet.
Edit: I'm not talking about men keeping women out of jobs in the old days.
-murder rates are at an all time low in this era for both gendersMen were bred in mass to work and labor however men tend to be rebellious and problematic. So in order to sooth their nature patriarchy was created to cater to men no matter their place in the patriarchal hierarchy.
As a result of catering to the needs of men we have femicide rates at an all time high (especially for BW), huge crime rates, the intentional elimination of female children, billion dollars sex traffic rings focused on trafficking women and child, the nonexistence or limited basic human right for women and massive pollution created by such system in order to support it etc etc etc
Catering to the needs of men is starting to no longer be a priority because it's the only way to not turn this planet into a bigger shyt hole.
Drizzle, drizzleRight. Im in my soft boy era
It goes back to what @O.Red said about corporate greed and stagnated wages. A lot of these places outright refuse to pay fair wages and it makes it worse on the industry that you're in as some seeing wages decrease, despite the increase some seen last decade or back 4 years ago.Ive heard this too. The first question I always ask is, "Whats the pay?". I've rarely been impressed. The old adage applies, "There's rarely worker shortages, just pay shortages". Last time was a martial arts school owners complaining about a lack of workers. Dude was pumping his chest about offering $15/hr in 2019. I was paying basic laborers $15/hr in 2010. Employers want to ignore the fact that Supply and Demand works in both directions.
That lazy black man stereotype is Hella Convenient for anyone who wants to exploit cheaper immigrant workers.I've brought the same point up too. I know a ton of contractors since a lot of my family members flip houses. The biggest issue is finding reliable workers. They try to hire young brehs to learn the game but they're too inconsistent and don't show up to jobs. The Mexicans dudes do. They put their family on and eventually branch off and start their own company with their own people. That's bread that's directly transferred from black families to others due to brehs not wanting to show up and make it happen. But they got a million excuses about it not being fair
My cousin got first in his HVAC class but later realized he was claustrophobic lol. Kinda annoyed because he has a little boy so he's just been working as a cook working 60 - 70 hours. Guarantee he could he making double as an HVAC specialist.Yes, it is. People gotta stop using a LA/NY lens for the entire country. 60k will have you living comfortable in most of the country, specifically the entire Midwest, south, northwest etc.
A lot of dudes are losers who are socially retarded and have no aspirations beyond living just enough to afford rent and videogames. They can't talk to women, don't want to buy houses, don't go to bars, and largely refrain from a lot of things their fathers and grandfathers excelled at. A lot of men complain about working as if your only choice is Amazon or retail. What happened to the understanding that certain degrees guaranteed good jobs and lives. Or that certain trades guaranteed the same. We have a massive trades deficit in the country where a lot of people (specifically men) are not learning trades despite high demand for well paying jobs as electricians/craftsmen/etc. Not to mention HVAC. You can't argue this is about a lack of opportunity, it's about a lack of drive. And I will always believe a lot of that has to do with parents not raising their sons with standards or expectations. That may have worked 40 years ago when the most half assed dude could fall into a good factory job but that's not reality anymore. You have to compete.
You're not wrong. Are you in the construction industry?
I work in the Construction industry. I'm around General Contractors, Subcontractors, and business owners. The industry is desperate for new young talent. That's not coming from my mouth, but all the owners

But he's better than my cousins baby daddy who just plays video games, had trouble keeping a retail job and doesn't know how to drive at 27. It's pathetic.
Yeah he's a fukking moron and it makes me rage and sad at the same time. But my female cousin is a dumb ass herselfYou can't male this shyt up
You can have 2 parents and still not get proper guidance. My parents been married 42 years in September but they are working class AA who grew up at a time when you didn't need a degree to get by and most people didn't have 4 year degrees let alone advanced degrees. So they were unable to guide me and my bro through the modern landscape because they got an old school mentality of "just get a job, cash your check, buy a car, pay the rent, get a gf/wife", not knowing your average job without a degree will barely let you rent a room with a 10+ year old used car.A lot of young males don't have a strong male influence to teach them these things. They come from single mother households. Much respect to single mothers but you cannot make up for the lack of a strong male influence
I don’t think anyone likes to work
But we all love getting paid
ManA lot of clowns on thecoli grew up with a silver spoon in their mouths, got help to get a car from family members, and were able to get through college without financial trouble. So you don't understand why some people are unhappy with the economy. Your life was easy, fool. You had help. You don't know what it's like to struggle financially. So stop making shyt up in your head about men not wanting to compete, because you don't know what the fukk you're talking about. Just running your mouth, going through life completely unaware of what real life is. Y'all probably think the 2008 financial crisis wasn't a big deal lol. Just a complete lack of awareness of how hard life has been, especially for Millennials. Maybe you got established and bought a house before everything went to shyt, so maybe you should consider that not everyone was born at the right time.
