I remember plenty of us Chargers fans were asking for Rivers to be traded 3 years ago.

Mike McCoy comes in, the o-line gets upgraded, Keenan Allen comes along and now we're talking MVP this season. All it took was one season of rebuilding with Tom Telesco.

You can't really judge a QB until you put them in position to succeed in the first place.
