Even if he gets a lifetime ban, no chance the contract gets voided.

If you get suspended, the team doesn't have to pay you. In this case, this would be a "lifetime suspension."

They won't fight these Biogenesis claims if they get suspended. For example, the MLBPA isn't gonna do shyt when it comes to Braun. They won't bail A-Rod out either, especially after how when A-Rod was almost dealt to Boston, he tried to give money back to make the deal go through.

The fact that Braun won't even fight this lets you know Bosch might be a dirty human being, but it makes his credibility stronger.

The player doesn't get paid but the team still has to pay the wages to MLB. Basically this is so there is no conflict of interest with regards to a player getting suspended actually being beneficial to a team if that player has a bad contract. Clubs would be setting up their own players to test positive otherwise.

Ehh but not really if its a court matter though . All arod would have to do is show how Bosch lied until he got offered a deal and with this type of stuff the evidence could always be argued against ...
